Job requirements : This job requires the person to be present onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
· Provide white glove technical support to premium or VIP users, offering personalized assistance tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with premium users, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and requests.
· Coordinate and schedule onsite visits to premium users' offices.
· Delivering hands-on support and assistance with setting up and configuring IT equipment, including meeting room devices.
· Ensure seamless operation of meeting room devices used by premium users, such as video conferencing systems, audio equipment, and presentation displays.
· Anticipate and proactively address the needs and preferences of premium users regarding meeting room technology, ensuring that their meetings and presentations run smoothly without technical interruptions.
· Act as a liaison between premium users and other IT teams, particularly the AV/IT support team, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues related to meeting room devices.
· Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in meeting room device support, continuously improving and refining the level of service provided to premium users.
· Document and maintain detailed records of all interactions with premium users, including their preferences, feedback, and any additional support requirements related to meeting room devices.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT systems.
· Investigate problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.
